⭐When will my order be dispatched?

I dispatch orders usually in around 3-7 working days. This may vary depnding on the amount of outstanding orders I get - during shop updates or preorder processing, packaging might take longer due to the large influx of orders!
 

For backorder/preordered items, please read the item description carefully, as dispatch dates will vary. Please note if you order items with different dispatch dates, your order will be shipped on the latest date. There should be dispatch estimates on your order confirmation.
For made to order or custom products please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.

Estimated delivery dates for standard or tracked delivery are as follows:
⭐UK: 1-3 days
⭐Europe: 5-14 days
⭐USA: 1-2 weeks
⭐Everywhere else: 2 weeks+

 

USA large packages only: Economy delivery will take between 2 to 12 weeks



 

⭐My item hasn't arrived yet/ I believe my package was lost/stolen!
 I strongly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping at check out to avoid these situations. However, in the unlikely situation of your package being lost and if you do not have a tracked shipping, please contact me and I can either resend the item (if in stock) or offer a partial refund. I will only resend once.

If you do have a tracking number and the item's last location is in the destination country, try contacting the local post office for assistance.


⭐Can you provide a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email if this shipping method was selected at check out. If you haven't received an email please get in touch!


⭐Are there going to be customs fees?
All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Every country has different customs regulations and you are advised to inform yourself before placing an order. I am not responsible for any customs fees that may occur. Those are NOT included in the shipping price and must be covered by you, if required.
 
Do you accept returns?
Please check the Returns Policy


⭐I need to change my order/address!
You may make changes to your address/order BEFORE dispatch. Please contact me ASAP within 1 hour at the email listed above with your updated information.
Please note you are responsible for providing the correct address and I cannot change anything after dispatch. Before placing an order, please double check you have provided a valid full name and address. In the case of this happening, I will offer you a refund once the items have been returned to me. If you want the items to be resent, you will have to cover the shipping cost again.
Please note I cannot resend the items if the order is not returned to me.
