Refund policy
Returns/exchanges are accepted if the item is in its original condition (do not remove tags on apparel items!).You will receive a full refund once the item gets back to me.
Items such as mystery packs, custom orders, defect items, sample sale items CANNOT be returned.
You MUST cover the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, sorry! If the order gets lost in transit on the way to me, I cannot offer a refund.
If you received the wrong item or if anything in your order arrived damaged, send me an email with pictures attached and I will do my best to offer a partial refund if appropiate.
If there are any changes you wish to make to your order BEFORE dispatch, please contact me.
